Hi all-

 

Gloucester's Main Library is leased space in a shopping center that
houses our health dept, the post office and other service and retail
operations.  We've had some real issues with skateboarders, shoplifters
and vandals recently, and so the property owner has hired security
guards.  Which is fine except that one of the youngsters has been banned
from the property, which means that he's not allowed to come to the
library.  I, of course, have a real issue with this.  Would those of you
with policies regarding this help me out?  Our lease really does not
address this situation.  

 

Unfortunately, this young man, when he knew that the security guard
(female)  needed to talk to him, would skip into the library's men's
restroom.  So we were harboring a fugitive...
