[Publib] Staff recognition

This idea was someone else's that we put our own twist on. Last year, I had
a staff member hit 20 years with the library. We had "Joane Day" where we
invited the community in to celebrate her. We had signs in the library;
greeted her with a "red carpet" and a tiara when she came in. We had little
sayings wrapped with a "gold" coin for patrons to take. We invited her
family for lunch as a surprise and had cake. Staff chipped in on a gift for
her.
At 5 years, it was a plaque that they were invited to display near their
work area.
At 10 years, it was really nice engraved pen plus a pin.
At 15, it was the clock.
20 was a personalized gift so I picked out two small Jim Shore figurines
since that's what the employee collected.
