[Publib] Displaying Reserved Items

We came to allowing patrons to pick up their own reserves when we ran
out of space behind the circulation desk.  When I counted this
morning, there were 49 shelves of reserves waiting to be picked up.
As way of perspective (and to allow others to calculate a ratio), our
total FY 08-09 circ was a tad over 1,100,000.

Even though we wrap the spines, we do allow those who may, for some
reason, feel a privacy concern to pick up their books at circ.  I
believe we have a shelf or two of those at the moment.

We are a member of an automation consortium.  The shared catalog, with
daily van delivery, contributes to the total number of items being
picked up.
