[Publib] Outreach to Ethiopian/Eritrean Patrons?

The branch I've recently been assigned to has a significant patronage by
Ethiopian and Eritrean immigrants and their American-born children. I'd love
to hear off-list from anyone who's done outreach to that kind of community.
