[Publib] PDF and CybraryN

This has probably been on the list before, but here it is again.

When a patron prints a PFD document only the first page will print. The
CybraryN release manager will show all the pages. When I print the document
from my computer, all the pages will print. This seems to be primarily PFD
and heavily graphic Power Points. Any suggestions?
I have tried using Foxit with the same results. Thank you in advance.
