Hi, Abigail,

We have two different policies for this, one for our district as a whole and
one for collections on a branch-by-branch basis.

District:
http://www.youranswerplace.org/library_office/policy/section_c/c056.html
Branch:
http://www.youranswerplace.org/library_office/policy/section_c/c056.5.html\\<http://www.youranswerplace.org/library_office/policy/section_c/c056.5.html//>

Hope this helps!

-Keri
