[Publib] Better name/signage for 'Reference Desk'?

My library has three floors, each with a public service desk right off the stairs/elevator. All three desks are labeled "Ask Here" http://www.lclsonline.org/building/images/200707_05.jpg and in our publicity, we refer to the desks as first floor Ask Here desk, second floor Ask Here desk, etc.

We try to use these terms when talking with patrons, although we do answer the phone "reference desk" or "children's desk" because that is what our phone system says when you get the auto-attendant. ie. press # for the children's desk.

Hello,
I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I couldn't find it in the Archives.
Is there any consensus about a better/clearer name (that the public understands) for the Reference Desk? Our remodeled Carnegie requires a convoluted path to said Reference Desk, and customers are confused anyway.
Along with that goes the signage issue. If the sign above the desk says "Ask here" (in attempt at simplicity), is it still called the Reference Desk?

Thanks for your insight,
