Library Associates Companies (LAC) seeks Reference Librarian for temporary assignment at a busy library for 1-2 months including evenings and weekends.

Hours for the position are Monday and Wednesdays 5-9pm, Saturdays 10-5pm, and Sundays 1-5pm (until mid-May).

Position is available immediately.

QUALIFICATIONS

+ Candidate must possess MLS degree;
+ Experience as a reference librarian, with skills and ability to conduct reference interviews;
+ Responsible for assisting patrons with online resources and in searching the internet effectively.
