If you are looking for help on how to moderate groupsites, blogs etc 
here is something worth considering. Intel® has posted their "Social 
Media Guidelines" at 
http://www.intel.com/sites/sitewide/en_US/social-media.htm. Essentially 
the approach for moderating is simply: "The Good, The Bad but Not the 
Ugly." .

The guidelines are a great model that can be adapted for conduct in this 
new social web in a manner that builds trust, mutual respect, civility 
and speaks to true power of Groupsites helping people communicate, share 
and network to make things happen.
