[Publib] "Used" books?

   We have carts (3 in children's, 1 in teen, 1 in Reference, 4 in adult) scattered throughout the Library for items that need reshelving.  It works really well - people are used to it, and don't try to reshelve on their own.  Kids visiting from schools get a kick out of this, because at school they have to put everything back where they found it, and here we don't allow them to do so.
