We have used the service and let our patrons know in this way.

Our patron calls us via this number using their machine, a relay operator
then calls us on our voice line to speak/ relay the call to us.  We speak to
the operator, who in turn types the conversation to the caller.  If we need
to initiate a call we use a different number.
