Don't forget about Lulu.com and CreateSpace, two print on demand options. 
Either will get you as much visibility as many small presses, the books are 
well constructed, authors end up doing most of the layout work anyway, POD 
means items don't fall out of print as easily, no lag between finishing the 
work and having it available. Walt Crawford did a nice write up comparing 
the two a couple of years ago and it seems still current to me.
