[Publib] 3 wishes

Hi Ann,This is a great question and I've enjoyed reading the responses. In
my current library my 3 wishes would be:
1. an anonymous donation, with no strings attached, that would be enough for
us to expand the library to the size we need

2. for all patrons to have a library card that they use

3. to have an adequate budget, that is not tax capped, that allows me to
provide all the services, materials and staff that I want to
