Here's an interesting library document for you.  I hope it's a rough  
draft; the thing needs lots of work.  I'd be glad to do a re-write for a  cup of 
coffee.  As is, the thing makes it look like the library hasn't had  
employed an English major in a while.  Of course, I could be wrong--  perhaps a 
declaration that we should "Choose wisely what to stop doing" is just fine.  
Wait, maybe  we should choose wisely not to post documents that are merely a 
series of random  statements, however well-intentioned.
