[Publib] 3 wishes

When I think "wishes" the first thing that comes to mind is how much we need
an addition to our building with an elevator and parking level entrance!
Our main door is halfway down a hill--just this morning a patron who walks
with a cane fell while coming down the hill from the street.  The other
option is walking UP the hill from the parking lot!

Related to that would be my wish that our millage appeal will pass.  This is
such a terrible time economically that we will probably wait 18 months
before attempting the first time.

And, if that passes, maybe we could afford to compensate all staff fairly!
