[Publib] 3 wishes

Hi Ann: I'm with a regional library system in Iowa.  Probably not the
audience you're hoping to hear from, but wishes that likely similar to those
of public libraries.  My 3 wishes are:

.         Funding

.         Restoration of full time regional staff positions

.         Understanding among funders (state legislature) of the critical
role that regional systems play in advancing library service locally
