[Publib] Family vs. individual responsibility

Hi Cab,We do not restrict at the family level. I have always felt it is not
fair to punish other family members. I know that you'll have parents that
abuse their own privileges and then move on to their kids cards. This is the
exception, though, not the rule. I always joke that I'm a librarian because
it's the only way I can afford the fines. I would hate to have my son's
privilege stopped because I have overdue materials on my card and sometimes,
on my husbands card.
