I seem to recall a case, I believe here in Georgia, in which a mother who
had refused to "curb" her rambunctious child, tripped over her own child and
broke a bone.  Of course she sued the libtrary - obviously it was the
library's fault for not restraining her child.  And, mirabale dictu the
judge awarded her damages!

To be fair there is always the danger of tripping over a small child at
