[Publib] Interviewees needed for "Public Libraries" article

Greetings!

I am working on an article for the July/August issue *Public Libraries
*focusing
on strategies of service prioritization in difficult economic
circumstances.  The article includes case studies of libraries of varying
size.

I still need interviewees for the following:

1.  Libraries serving a population of 5000 or less.
2.  Libraries serving a population of 50,000 - 150,000.
