[Publib] Job Announcement: Reference Librarian (Chicago, IL)

Library Associates Companies (LAC) seeks an experienced Reference Librarian to work a temporary assignment for a public library in the western suburbs of Chicago.  Schedule will include daytime, evening and weekend hours for up to 30 hours per week for approximately 1-2 months. In order to be considered, resumes must be submitted by April 3rd.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

*   Duties include reference, reader's advisory, and PC troubleshooting.


QUALIFICATIONS:


 *   MLS from ALA-Accredited Institution with a minimum of three years experience;
 *   Demonstrated up-to-date reference experience;
 *   Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of adult collections.
