[Publib] Pets in Libraries

We have a nuisance ordinance that covers animals in city buildings,
including the Library.  Service animals are exempted.

We are interested in policies concerning animals (dogs) in libraries.
Recently we had a patron come in with her dog.  Does your library allow pets
in the building?  Do you have a policy concerning pets/animals?  (we are not
referring to service animals -guide dogs, etc). If so, would you share it
with us?
