[Publib] re:patrons who steal

As a Library Director, I can say there is no more important issue than
dealing with a patron who steals coffee from the library.   I mean, what
next...golf pencils?  Before you know it the person will be sneaking
free computer printouts.   This must be stopped immediately before
anyone gets the idea that library services are free or that libraries
are customer-friendly.  In times like these no library can afford to let
the little things go.   Esp not on April 1.
