[Publib] re:patrons who steal

Hi
   While it rankles our soul that some patrons cheat, unless it became
rampant, I think I would let it go.  How much of your time is it worth to
make him mind the rules, is what I would weigh.
   We had some printing cheaters that irritated us no end, but we had to
decide to move the printer or just let it go.
