The many perspectives on this list are at least in part
a result of the psychological environments of the libraries
being represented.

Rhode Island ranks 2nd for Neuroticism

and 48th for Conscientiousness.  I have resided in 13 states
and can see the relative logic, but I think it is starting to 
depress me.:)
