[Publib] a bit off topic

Folks,
This is a bit off topic, but I was talking with a colleague today about
democracy which led to a discussion about elections which led to a
discussion about libraries as voter registration/polling places which
led to a discussion about low voter turnout which led this idea: What if
each of us committed to getting one other person to vote this November?
Can librarians truly change the world?
Please feel free to pass this challenge along.
The intention is to get people to participate in the democratic process,
not to vote for a particular candidate.
