Are your labels in direct sunlight? This may cause the fading problem.

Have you thought of contacting Dymo? Here's a link to their contact information: http://global.dymo.com/enUS/ContactUs/default.html or http://tinyurl.com/6pxq23.

We have been using Dymo label printers for a couple of years and really like them. However, we have discovered that over time our labels are fading (drastically--to the point of illegibility), and we are spending a lot of time reprinting them. We have talked to another local library that hasn't had this issue, so are wondering if it is related to the plastic overlay we put over the labels. Has anyone else run into this problem?
