 We have patrons that come in w/their digital cameras wanting to
download/upload photos, etc., but our IT department has blocked that because
many devices require drivers or other software to be downloaded to the
computer. 

We installed Deep Freeze, a product that reverses any changes to the hard
drive upon reboot and let patrons install or use whatever software or
hardware they choose.  Computers are set to reboot on logoff.
