[Publib] Gallery requirements

Hi all,

We're opening a new 14,000 sq. ft. branch library here in Austin and we'd like to use the meeting room walls as gallery space. I know we need to contact our insurance company to see what their parameters are on this sort of thing but we really don't know what we don't know. Do any of you have artist contracts, insurance policies, gallery operating procedures, etc. we might copy? Any words of wisdom or lessons from experience?
