[Publib] Children's Staff Uniforms

Our Children's Department Librarians wear aprons whenever they want to be
easily recognized, such as during story times and other programs.  The
aprons are embroidered with a large smiley face and "Welcome to Provo City
Library".  Some are also embroidered with "Storyteller" or "Volunteer".
