Darn -- I thought this was another kind person offering a sample of good dialogue to help out the author Jason Hatton was assisting earlier in the week.
Speaking of which did we ever get any more info to help answer that question? I've been enjoying the dialogue in Stephanie Barron's Jane and the Man of the Cloth but I've no idea if witty, upper-class English from the early 19th century would be helpful to an aspiring author. If so, turning to the original -Jane Austen- in addition to Ms. Barron's delightful series might be helpful.
