[Publib] self service pick-ups of holds

Hi everyone
 
I am doing an assignment and was wondering if those whose libraries have self service pick up of holds would be able to answer some questions for me?
 
I need to know the following information
 
1) What were the implications on staffing (time spent showing customers how the system works, reorganisation of furniture/space to fit new shelving in)?
 
2) Were any privacy issues raised by patrons?
 
3) How were the holds organised (surname, barcode, other)?
 
4) If you previously charged for holds - what happened. Was the charge still applicable just paid at a later date, or were holds now free?
 
5) Any other information I should know?
