As some of you may already know, beginning with the Nov 15 issue,
Library Journal's media coverage will be beefed up to include more audio
and video reviews as well as new gaming and music content. The entire
section will move to the front of the book review (where is used to be
many moons ago). Because we'd like the magazine to be as useful to you
as possible, we'd greatly appreciate if you would share with us your
thoughts regarding the layout of our video reviews, which have
heretofore been arranged alphabetically by subject category (e.g., arts,
bio, consumer affairs), with no subheads separating out each category.
We'd like to know: How do you buy/arrange video titles at your library,
and HOW CAN WE OPTIMALLY PRESENT REVIEWS OF THESE TITLES TO MAKE YOUR
JOB EASIER?
Thanks in advance for participating in this informal survey.
Sincerely,
Bette-Lee Fox, Managing Editor, bl.fox at reedbusiness.com
and
Raya Kuzyk, Media Editor, raya.kuzyk at reedbusiness.com
