Today, the Social Security Administration released their Cost of Living Adjustment awarded to retirees under that system. The 5.8% COLA was the highest awarded to retirees since 1982.   A history of the SSA COLA is at this link:

Does any public library "out there" use the Social Security COLA as a standard for their own employee COLAs?
