If you think OverDrive is clunky, give NetLibrary a try. It's a nightmare.

My views are poor things, but all my own.

As a patron, and a techie, I can say that I really hate Overdrive.
Sacramento Public Library uses it (California), and it's a very clunky,
confused, and outdated-feeling system (even just the software overdrive
requires you to download). I don't know anything about NetlLibrary.

Fellow Publibbers,

Overdrive versus NetlLibrary: which is best for your library?

The audio ebook “industry” is in flux, and I am not sure which one of these audio digital companies will acquire the most accounts.

I would like to hear from libraries that have gone through the selection process .

Can you offer any insights as a basis for discussion? I have not seen any recent postings on the PUBLIB archives.
