I have one of those annoying "I don't know the book title or author,  
but I'll describe it" questions.  It's a cooking mystery, possibly  
British, older. The guests are invited to somewhere for the weekend,  
think lodge, resort, hotel, etc and as the weekend goes on and people  
are murdered, they find out that they are the dinner. Potentially it's  
a comedy, we're not sure. Any ideas?
