[Publib] assistant directors

Folks,

Eons ago, I learned that a library didn't need an assistant director
until the staff level reached 25.

I think I'm seeing more and more small libraries appoint assistant
directors, and would like to hear from those of you in small libraries
about your staffing level when you decided to hire an assistant
director.
