[Publib] Possible scam

The most recent phone scam I netted was from a caller claiming to be from
our "tech supplier" and needed the model number from our laser printer "at
the desk" - I almost bit since two vendors - one software, the other
the the public printer vendor coincidentally were there that very moment.
However, the "at the front desk" gave them away when I told them we don't
have a printer at the front desk & asked what company was calling; that's
when they hung up. I had read of this scam similar to the book orders but
instead of confirming the address, they confirm the "authorized" order
by printer model number.
It's not just the suckers that are born every second!
