[Publib] Possible scam

I don't know, sometimes it's fun to waste their time while I am working on something else. I had a guy on the line for almost 30 minutes once, trying to sell me double pane windows, while I typed up my budget requests. "GREAT!" I would answer everything he said, "THAT SOUNDS FANTASTIC!" 
 
And then when he asked how many windows my house had, his voice crazy excited, almost stuttering, I said, "Oh, one. a very small one.
