[Publib] does this book ring any bells

Hi
   We  had a patron check out a book in the 1960s, but the book could be
older.  The book was on photography.  It had photographs of preserved
insects posed as if they were doing everyday things like reading a paper,
playing a musical instrument, etc.
  Does this ring any bells?
