Okay, here's another one. 

The lady came in and used one of our (Atchison Library) public access
computers to fill out a form requiring an email address so the company could
respond. 

She entered www.atchisonlibrary.org as her email. She then came to the desk
and wanted to know her password to access her email account. 

Angry does not begin to describe her attitude when I was not able to help
her get the reply she needed from the company.
