[Publib] best reference question ever

I can 't beat the snake, but we had an older fellow come in with a styrofoam
cup with 4 or 5 cockroaches, some dead, some just injured, so he could get
them identified. Good thing we had a book for that. I think we determined
they were Common German Cockroaches, or something like that.
