[Publib] best reference question ever

Just yesterday…

A patron asked if we could show her how to use her computer.  I
explained that we can provide help, depending on how busy we are, and
that we have free computer classes.  As we talked, surrounded by
computers in use, she stated that she would need help bringing in her
computer as “it’s kind of large”.
