[Publib] best reference question ever

[Kathryn Bloomberg - Rissman]

Mine was "Do you have a copy of Dante's Inferno, I think it was written
by Kafka or somebody?"  I didn't bust up until the patron was gone and I
was off-desk- it was hard to wait
