[Publib] Consultant recommendation?

The New Library Committee of The Brookfield Library is looking for 
recommendations for a consultant to conduct a financial feasibility 
study.  This study will determine the financial willingness and 
ability of the town to support the building of a new library.  If 
your library has done this, or you know of a consultant who does
