Thanks to everyone who replied.
The consensus appears to be that using LibLime to migrate to Koha is the way
to go rather than doing the migration in house, but Koha users are happy
with the product.
Several asked if I'd found discussion lists for Koha -- here's the
development website, which includes discussion lists and development
information, documentation, bugzilla, etc.
