The Christian novelist Frank Peretti wrote a short story called Tillie about
a young couple recovering from an abortion nine years previously. I do
recall (but have not found a source) that he had also recorded several short
stories about Christmas. I remember listening to it and one was about an
elderly lady who attended a Christmas Eve Service. The church became excited
and helped out a young couple named Mary and Joseph with a young child while
they ignored the elderly lady. In the story, the elderly lady was actually
an angel - the Scripture was then cited that stated some had entertained
angels unaware.
Unfortunatly, this is based on my faulty memory - I could not find a
citation for it. Maybe contact Frank Peretti directly - his website is:

Hope this is helpful,
