Susan,
I'm so sorry to hear about  your levy.  It's a tough time to be asking folks for money.  We had ours up for replacement and, thankfully, it passed.  But our first time we were in the same position you are right now.  It's very disheartening.  We tried again the following March and it passed.  I hope the same might happen for your library.
