[Publib] the perennial providing headphones/headsets question

Effective September 1, '08 we are no longer providing headphones. We are
selling headphones or ear buds for $2. We haven't received any
complaints. We are also selling them for Playaways, which was hard for
me to reconcile with good customer service. I talked to some patrons
though who said no big deal.
