[Publib] Streamlining patron registration

I'm having troubles posting to the list and hope this goes through.

We currently have 3 forms that new patrons sign - 1) registration with name,
address, etc., 2) DVD/Video rules, 3) computer usage guidelines.    We do
save the papers after all is entered in the computer thinking that someday
we may have to prove they signed if there are problems.   Anyone have a more
streamlined system like putting all on one sheet and needing only one
signature?   Do you save the papers?
