There was a lot of interest in this subject. Dr. Casey was good enough to allow me to share an RFP from Oak Lawn Public Library from 2006. It is an RFP I actually wrote a proposal to in my former life as a web firm's project manager.

I know attachments in listserv's are usually a bad idea so I posted the original RFP along with my evaluation of it and my comments on a vendor's view up at PLAspace.

RFP Discussion: http://www.plaspace.org/blog/RFPs
Vendor response to RFP: http://www.plaspace.org/blog/RFPs/VendorView

I hope that this is helpful to the folks who asked, and maybe even folks who didn't, and I would really like to hear from those who have executed website redesign projects to see what they agree and disagree with. Feel free to comment on any of those pages.

Cheers,

Doug
